Our group of 6 thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We were craving burgers and Tanta Vida delivered! Burgers were 'juicy' 'yummy' and 'a very good size' according to my friends. I had the shrimp pasta in garlic butter which also was delicious. Fernando was our waiter. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humour. His laugh is so contagious. We loved it and will be back when the live band is here.
I’m from California, but I’m half Mexican and spend quite a bit of time up and down the coast surfing. On this particular stretch of beach it’s very difficult to find food open to the public/non-all inclusive hotel. This place is a little gem just on the waterfront very unassuming two stories great patio on the sand as well as upper deck loads of great basics like fresh ceviche tacos, some hamburgers, french fries etc. Perfect at sunset! My waiter Andy was amazing and very helpful as well as attentive! Oh yeah, and worth mentioning they take credit card :-)

Great service, excellent menu, and I had the delicious Shrimp Tacos with a refreshing Michilada. The guitarist Goh played for us on the beach and we enjoyed a magnificent sunset to the incredible sounds of his guitar and vocals.
Tanta Vida is always 5 stars. Service great every time. Guacamole is excellent every time. Drinks great. The sunsets are always awesome too!!
One of the only beachfront restaurants in Ixtapa and it’s great! We ordered fish & chips and tacos and all was tasty, hot, fresh and delicious! A very pleasant surprise!
Ate there last night to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We asked to sit upstairs and the views and sound of the waves we're amazing and so relaxing. I got the shrimp linguine in a cream sauce and my hubby got the filet mignon. Both were delicious. We asked for the steak to be medium rare but it came well done so we told our waiter and he brought us a new steak cooked to perfection! After our meal, he surprised us with a slice of chocolate cake for our anniversary. We had a delicious dinner with great atmosphere and waiter! Will definitely go back!
